Can I pick up my order if I live in the Denver Area?
Yes, Just select Pick up when you are checking out and email me with a good date and time to meet.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. You can change color and accessories such as switching to felt eyes instead of button eyes. If you are wanting a customization please contact me first before purcahase. I will need to make sure I am able to get the color or accessory that is requested.Please note that there may be an additional charge depending on what is requested.
Am I able to cancel my order?
No. I do not accept cancellations. If you have any questions please contact me before making your purchase.
Can I return my order?
I will only accept returns within 7 days of your delivery. If you wish to return you would be responsible for the return shipment. Please let me know if you would like to exchange I will be glad to help you out. I will not accept returns if they have been worn or washed.
Product
Products that are in this shop are 100% handmade. Product may very slighty from pictures. Products on the site will let you know if I have some product already premade. If I am out of stock I will update you and the description to allow extra time to ship. Please handwash products, do not use in washing machine. Products may contain choking hazards such as the button eyes for the amigurumi dolls. If product is going to be purchased for a young child or pets, you have the option to opt to felt instead. I will not be reliable for any injuries that may occur. By purchasing my products you agree to release me of any liability.

- Custom orderes will not be produced until full payment is recieved (Allow additional 1- 3 weeks to produce)
- If you need product by a certain date please note that you may be charged an additional rush fee. Please contact before purchase.
